Communicate upcoming deadlines, outstanding actions and potential issues to the relevant stakeholders. The person we're looking for We're looking for someone who is creative, commercially minded and exceptionally organised. You don't need to be the world's greatest designer. You do need to be someone who can take a brief, understand what needs to happen, create or coordinate the required assets, manage the details and get everything delivered on time. You'll be successful in this role if you: Have 2+ years' experience in marketing, creative production, digital marketing, graphic design or a similar role. Have strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro or equivalent tools. Have a strong eye for design, typography, layout and brand consistency. Can create polished creative but are equally comfortable adapting existing templates and producing high volumes of campaign collateral. Are highly organised and naturally proactive. Enjoy managing multiple projects and small tasks simultaneously without losing track of the details. Are exceptionally good at following up, prioritising and meeting deadlines. Think ahead and identify what needs to happen before someone asks you. Are comfortable working across different teams, brands, markets and priorities. Have excellent attention to detail — particularly when working with pricing, product information and promotional dates. Can communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams, stores and external suppliers. Are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload. Have a strong work ethic and take pride in getting things done properly and on time. Can work at pace without sacrificing quality. Have a genuine interest in design, marketing, digital and retail. What will make you stand out We're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate that they have: Managed multiple creative projects or campaigns simultaneously. Worked in a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, agency or marketing environment. Coordinated print production or physical marketing materials. Worked with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers. Built or maintained project trackers, campaign calendars or production schedules. Created short-form video and social content. Written or refined marketing copy. Experience working with international teams or multiple markets. A portfolio demonstrating both creative capability and commercial thinking. The mindset we're looking for Creative enough to make it great. Organised enough to make it happen. Proactive enough to see what's coming. This role will suit someone who gets satisfaction from having a campaign completely under control — the artwork is finished, the printer has the files, the stores know what's coming, the website assets are ready and everything is delivered before the deadline. If you're someone who sees a gap and thinks "I'll sort that out", rather than waiting for someone to tell you what to do, we'd like to hear from you. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
