The Cocktail Server Model – Casino Service Bars provides exceptional beverage service throughout the casino while representing Wynn Las Vegas’ luxury service and presentation standards. This role supports a high-volume, guest-focused environment through polished service, engaging guest interaction, accurate transactions, and participation in promotional, modeling, and special event assignments as needed. Job Responsibilities Provide quality guest service by serving beverages, food, and amenities in casino, pool, and lounge areas while handling cash and credit transactions through the point-of-sale system. Accurately process cash, credit card, room charge, and point-of-sale transactions. Maintain knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, champagne, beer, specialty beverages, and responsible alcohol service requirements. Participate in promotional appearances, modeling programs, marketing initiatives, and special events as assigned. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service areas while following all health, safety, grooming, uniform, and company standards. Work collaboratively with bartenders, beverage runners, supervisors, and team members to deliver seamless guest service.   Minimum one year of experience in a high-volume beverage, casino, lounge, nightlife, or nightclub environment required. Previous model, presenter, promotional, or European bottle service experience preferred. Strong beverage knowledge, including spirits, wine, champagne, mixed cocktails, and service techniques. Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain all required licenses, certifications, and work cards. Ability to communicate effectively in English and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong guest engagement, communication, and luxury service skills. Ability to build rapport, manage multiple requests, and work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and accurate transaction handling. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
