**Kierownik Zakładu — PERGOLUX Custom Design** **What you'll do** - Manage the plant as your own P&L: Full responsibility for production volume, COGS, production defects, throughput, and delivery timeliness - Lead and coach the plant leadership team: Build, mentor, and hold accountable supervisors and department managers - Ensure operational integrity in the Odoo system: Lead responsible for data accuracy and use real-time metrics for proactive decisions - Scale operations sustainably: Guide employment growth from 30 to 60 people without compromising quality, safety, or culture - Optimize supply chain and global collaboration: Renegotiate terms with suppliers and collaborate with group leadership **What they're looking for** - Documented P&L management experience: Direct, practical experience managing P&L from start to finish - Practical production management experience: Deep operational knowledge in running a clean, efficient, and productive premium production plant - Odoo system operational integrity: Direct, practical experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience preferred) - Solid financial and budget knowledge: Direct experience managing P&L and driving cost efficiency - Strong commercial and negotiation skills: Documented experience in commercial negotiations **Details** - Location: Bielany Wrocławskie, Poland - Type: FullTime - Salary: null
