Lead Store Advisor role at On Running in Seoul, supporting the launch and operations of the first store in Korea. **What you'll do** - Lead and communicate through On's values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions - Handle cash transactions, opening and closing procedures, and loss prevention standards - Maintain product knowledge, coach the team, and provide feedback to improve store processes - Oversee a designated store area (Back of House, Visual Merchandising, Product, Community, or People) **What they're looking for** - 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role - Background in the Running, Fashion, or Sports Industry is preferred - Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems is preferred **Details** - Location: Seoul
