As a Professional Customer Support - Casual Hours you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, resolving customer enquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. PERGOLUX is a premium outdoor-living brand that designs and delivers Scandinavian-inspired pergolas and accessories. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers across multiple channels. - Handle customer enquiries with confidence, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset under pressure. - Maintain a professional and engaging phone manner to deliver great customer experiences. - Manage competing priorities and stay highly organised in a fast-paced environment. - Work collaboratively with a supportive team to elevate everyday service standards and team culture. WHAT YOU’LL BRING - Proven experience successfully interacting with both internal and external customers. - Strong communication skills with a confident, polite, and professional telephone manner. - Excellent time-management abilities to juggle multiple priorities effectively. - A composed, calm, and positive can-do attitude when managing challenging situations. - Flexibility to work during school hours with full availability to work through school holidays.
