QA Auditor at Reformation in Vernon, CA, United States **What you'll do** - Conduct inspections of factory TOPs as assigned - Perform in-line inspections on garments during various production stages - Conduct final audits on finished goods - Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for quality issues - Inspect returned merchandise to determine defect types and root causes - Support internal teams with quality-related feedback and guidance - Collaborate with other QC auditors to standardize inspection approaches - Assist production teams by coaching on quality standards - Accurately complete inspection reports and input data **What they're looking for** - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1-3 years of experience in garment construction and/or apparel manufacturing - 1-3 years of quality control experience in the apparel industry - Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Team player with good interpersonal skills - Ability to read and use a tape measure **Details** - Location: Vernon, CA, United States - Type: Full-time - Salary: Not specified
