Beauty is looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A, Naturium to lead the commercial and sales FP&A function for the Naturium brand, reporting to the AVP, FP&A, Naturium. This role is the primary finance bridge between FP&A and the Commercial/Sales organization, partnering closely with the VP of Sales and cross-functional teams across Demand Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Finance. This person will own commercial sales planning across retail and connected commerce, including visual merchandising, and translate commercial strategy and sales activity into financial plans, forecasts, and actionable insights. This is a highly visible role as Naturium scales, with significant exposure to senior Commercial and Finance leadership.
