Senior Specialist - Footwear Design at On Running in Zurich, Switzerland. **What you'll do** - Contribute to the creation of next-generation performance footwear for team sports from concept to production - Translate athlete insights, biomechanical data and advanced technologies into innovative design solutions - Develop concepts, mockups, visuals, and 2D/3D assets using advanced digital workflows and AI tools - Collaborate with sports engineering and biomechanics teams and travel to Vietnam to finalize prototypes **What they're looking for** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or related field - 5+ years of proven experience in performance footwear design, preferably within team sports - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D design tools like Maya, ZBrush, Blender or Rhino - Experience with AI-enabled creative tools, generative design workflows and footwear construction **Details** - Location: Zurich, Switzerland
