Senior Specialist - Group CAPEX at On Running in Zurich, Switzerland. **What you'll do** - Act as the subject matter expert for the lifecycle of all fixed assets, including depreciation models and impairment testing. - Lead the accounting for the global lease portfolio (IFRS 16), ensuring accurate calculation of assets and liabilities. - Oversee daily operations such as additions, disposals, and re-measurements. - Challenge and automate global processes using digital tools and maintain robust process documentation. **What they're looking for** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance with 4+ years of experience in a large-scale corporate environment. - Solid understanding of IFRS, specifically IAS 16 and IFRS 16, with experience in complex lease contracts. - Ability to navigate a matrix organization and communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace; experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus. **Details** - Location: Zurich, Switzerland
